Hey friends! Especially those ladies from the East Coast who haven't seen me in a while. I've been getting requests to see pictures of my belly. Well, most people can't really tell I'm pregnant yet...but I definitely notice my flat stomach is no longer around. Praise God I still have not experienced morning sickness! Some ladies say that I'm probably having a boy (as does Jose); we'll just have to wait to find that out. My next appointment is August 1st. I just rescheduled it because on July 25th, my original appointment date, I am most likely going to be summoned for jury duty. I'm praying they don't need me. Anyways, enjoy the pictures.

And Jose is growing quite large fast! He's just jealous :)
I'm about 12 weeks now. As you can see there's a lot more baby growth to take place.

WI cont.

After my cousin's wedding, we went to go see my Grandma Hamelink. We met my Uncle Bob and his family at the home where she lives.

Here's a wall with lots of pictures of family for my Grandma to look at and try to remember. Grandma didn't remember us, as I suspected she wouldn't with her increasing dementia. She said that it was nice to meet us all. Thankfully, she is aware of her son who comes by often to visit.

We chatted with her after she finished her dinner in the lobby. It's a pretty homey place and the residents seem to be well taken care of.
One thing I always want to remember about my Grandma is how she prayed for me each day that she had the memory to. My Grandma would always write in her letters or tell me that she prayed for me everyday. I wasn't sure I believed "everyday". While I was at her house in 2000 for my Grandpa's funeral I slept on the couch in the living room and she came in that room early and sat on a chair and started praying. I could hear only whispers, but I did hear her say my name; she thought I was still sleeping. Anyways, that had a deep impact on me and I'm grateful that God has heard her prayers. I hope that I will pray for the future generation and my family as she did. Hopefully, one day soon she will be able to see the effects of her prayers while she is rejoicing in heaven.

Before we drove David to the airport, we went to a brewery. The tour wasn't until later, so we had to settle for the gift shop.

My mom, Jose and I toured the Green Bay Packer's stadium.

Jose imagining what it'd be like as a Packer running out to the cheering crowd.

Natural Cheese heads. As a side note, we had our quota of cheese curds while in the cheese land. Yum...too bad they're not considered a health food.

Then we headed back to spend the last night with the fam. On the way we stopped by a lake.
Always a good time for a smooch!
We went out for our last Wisconsin meal.

This is the Marriott we stayed in our last night. This one had the largest space, with an upstairs and two full bathrooms.
So that pretty much sums up our trip.
Mom, hope you enjoy the pictures, even though they're not the best quality. Thanks for driving us around everywhere! We had a fun, relaxing time :)

Wisconsin Trip

Last month we took a trip to Wisconsin for my cousin Luke's wedding and to see family. It was a nice break from work and time with family. My mom and brother met us there. The first night my Grandma treated us all to dinner.
Here's the bride Stephanie and her father.

The day after the wedding we hung out at Stephanie's parent's home where they have lots of sheep. We ate all the leftover rehearsal dinner and wedding food.
