Jose and I drove back home yesterday from our trip to Las Vegas. We joined my Dad and Casey for some fun. They ran the full marathon, while we settled for the half marathon. We survived by God's grace and think we're ready for some more races in the future. The Mandalay Bay is where we stayed and enjoyed the luxury of a king sized bed, TVs, and big bath tub.
Jose and I arrived Friday evening after driving through rain all day. I drove and it proved to be a time of sanctification.

Let's just say we more than covered the calories we burned with some great food!
All the decorations were beautiful and extravagant. Roaming through hotels and eating are probably the best activities in Vegas.
